Do you know what a flood is? It's when there's water all around - maybe even in your yard or inside your house! 

A flood can happen when a storm brings too much rain, or when a river or lake gets too big, or...Well, there are lots of ways a flood can start. There's also lots to learn about what causes floods and what you should do if one comes to your town. This section has games and puzzles and activities to help you and your parents and teachers learn all about floods together. And when you're done, you can become an official Flood Zone Kid and print out a certificate with your name on it!
